I am leaving mu coments for the first time pn your Blog. I have great admiration for the painstacking effort put in by tou with DYR ratings for all orime contenders.
I have a suggestion and that you select one or two prime bets and the odds are >5/1 and Black Patridge in 8th race falls in this category wherein the DYR difference to the next contender is more than 20 dyr points.
Excellent work and may the breed of DYR handicappers swell to larger contingent.

So Ikaria has 6 above her.No doubt as i have been posting its not nescessary that the first on ratings should always win as there are lot of other factors.But all said and done my experience is that the First 4 on Rtaings generally perform well in vast majority of cases.
The other point against IKARIA is Veera Wang and raquel are definetly superior in their past performances as well.Veera wand mind you finished just under two lenghts of Ice Breaker in the oaks and ran a very bave race in the derby where it was ridden up with the pace which was iyts undoing.Veera wang likes to be waited with.Her first run here where she finished 5th in 6F (not her liking)is a pointer of her fitness .Just one point is that its not in track after that.
And Raquel well she has done nothing wrong.Her last Win over 6F coming way of the pace with 52 kgs and in excellent time .Also she is tracking extremly well and advertisment to het fitness and last but not the least she is after allowence today gain at 52 kgs.
But the most negative factor with IKARIA is that she has a very short burst.In all her previous runs if you see,she comes very fast fights with the leader and then in a trice just starts plodding.This type of style of her running will hamper her cahnce today i feel.
S in conclusion based on firstly her rating not amongst the first four top rating in a race and the above factors i feel IKARIA will find it tough.
This is my analysis ,BUT THE WORDS OF TEACHER IS TO BE RESPECTED.

This is a good peace of suggestion to the blog followers.The ratings i put up atleast narrows down the potential contenders then they can use their own judgement also and cash on wherever the oppurtunity arises.
I also agree that Black Patrdidge is an oppurtunity for the day and Each way good prospect.Also UPNORTH win and Jolteon place in the opening event.

After 15 meetings once the results were not satisfactory and you pop up with your suggestion that i should stop.
At least i am convinced that you also view my blog ever race day that is for sure.Whether you do it positive or Negative i dont know.I am happy that you got a chance only after 15 meetings because the last 15 meetings my strike rate was 90% with most of the races throwing one-two-three.
