On 23rd MERCURY (5/14) is the most powerful number and is at its peak at around 2 to 3 pm.Understand there is a small card of 6 events on 23rd so expect MERCURY no5/14 to dominate in atleast 3 races .At least one number 5/14 is guaranteed for win and atleast two number 5's will place.
Also the MOON's node RAHU with its card number 2 is very powerful so one race will be won by number 2.
Lastly of course SUN(1-4-10) is also exhibiting its influence by 2pm and will appear for Win/Place in two races.
In a nut shell looks like MERCURY-RAHU and SUN will be very prominent in the 6 race card.
