ASTRO: Today MOON (2-7-11) is strong thru out the day.
Today first three races are for MAIDENS with each race having nearly 4 horses who are first timers so they will not have ratings. If the winner/place come from them then we cannot help.
1=STARIDAR(528)-BARNABAS(507)-GOOD GORTUNE(FIRST RUN)-DARSHISH(FIRST RUN)
Analysis= Technically a race to be avoided as 4 horses are first timers. From amongst those that have had a run STARIDAR and BARNABAS are one and two but just see even after two outings the rating of STARIDAR is very poor.(528) is in fact VB type of rating and I feel STARIDAR who will be hot favourite today will again lose and some First timer like GOLDEN FORTUNE/DARSHISH may upset.(MOKA and MADDONA are two other first timers.The chances for STARIDAR to lose is more because it will be odds ON today and we have the deadly combination of Suraj/Prasad raju.
2=LAZER BEAM(569)-EVON BRANDO(543)-SINDHU(526)-YOGYA(522)
Analysis= same like first race.NET PROFIT/ANTWERP/LOCH STELLA are first timers so no DR.but here I am a bit confident that winner may be from the TOP TWO and may be some first timer may place.
3=ALTA VITA(551)-DURANGO(533)-AFLATUN(515)-MARK MY WORD(508)
Analysis= NAUCRATIS is first outing so no DR. Any way here most of them have had a run and I feel ALTA VITA who ran a good second also beating TRUMP GIRL who smashed the field yesterday , ALTA VITA is the horse to beat.
4=EURO ZONE(560)-CAROLINA MOON(538)-DAHLOIS(532)
Analysis= In this field of 6, LIMITATION is a bad starter while all the above three are known to like long distances.CAROLINA MOON is some how off form and this season twice EURO ZONE has beaten her convincingly , in race (66) and (122). also in race (122) EURO ZONE has beaten DAHLOIS convincingly.No doubt today DAHLOIS is better placed on Handicap. so in conclusion I feel EURO ZONE /DAHLOIS will fight out. EURO ZONE with jockey Srinath and 50/60 paise why to risk. better to back DAHLOIS PLACE.
5=NAUTANKI(555)-SILVER DOLLAR(511)-PLATINUM CLASS(511)-SAN VINTO(509)-AVANTIKA(509)
Analysis= NAUTANKI is two classes superior. Last to last season it has run 3rd (hd,hd) behind HANDY MAN/NAAZAN etc who are now in Class I. If this horse gets the "GREEN SIGNAL" today it will hack this set. Tired of recommending SILVER DOLLAR ,though its always a danger.
6=JAAZ IT UP(570)-ONCE MORE(561)-LA MER(556)-TIGER OF THE SEA(554)
Analysis= JAAZ IT UP is the fastest of the lot and if it gets a good jump it will be in WIN?SHP
7=ADAM(630)-RAHULS PET(620)-TIME FOR FUN(597)-MR BAHUBALI(592)
Analysis= ADAM is extremely fortunate to meet such a set on level terms.Last run in Mumbai it finished a close 5th (Race no 65) to very very good horses which indicates that horse is in peak form now. only PROBLEM IS FIRST FAVOURITE AND MR P TREVOR From amongst the balance atleast two horses have chance to place. Since this will be a very fast run race, the late finishing TIME FOR FUN can place. Also MR BAHUBALI who is DRAWN(1) will simply dart away from the gates and can make a race of it. one more point please note whenever Pessi send his horses to Hyderabad they are in the care of DESHMUKH. Now MR BAHUBALI is with trained by deshmukh and ADAM is the hot favourite. ???????
8=BORN TO DO IT(542)-DIVINE HTS(538)-SPRINT LEGEND(530)-RYUZAKI(530)
Analysis= BORN TO DO IT has to only get a good jump from the gates and hit the front. if it hits the front then race is OVER.From now on keep RYUZAKI in your note book along with SPRINT LEGEND , both the horses are fighting fit and may be not today but in coming weeks, RYUZAKI will be entered in middle distance and it will be tried.
