Next VENUS(6) and its compliment MARS(9) are powerful and EXPECT ONE DRAW(9) TO WIN/SHP TODAY.
1=AMARANTHUS(583)-DARK ANGEL(580)-JORREL(580)-MRS WILLY NILLY(579)
Analysis= The top two have good chance. AMARANTHUS has a strong day number combination of (3)(6) and its consistent and top rated I feel it can do it today.
2=STELVIO PASS(582)-BEATRIX(577)-EKAKIN(572)-VRISHIAK(570)
Analysis= STELVIO PASS has not yet seen the board but it has run well in graded races. It is well placed today and has a excellent chance for PLACE.
3=LANCASER(615)-TIBIDABO(614)-ALL ROUNDER(610)-CITY HEIGHTS(610)
Analysis= LANCASTER is better but duifferance between the top four is just 4 pts and ALL ROUNDER has a run benefit as also TIBIDABO and CITY HTS.
4=LEVANTE(610)-MONACO(606)-TANGALOOMA(602)-MALANA(601)
Analysis= A tough race.
5=AMOUROUS WHITE(650)-ONE MAN ARMY(650)-FORTUNE EXPRESS(644)-THE TALISMAN(642)
Analysis=On paper AMOROUS WHITE looks outstanding. even its rate will be 50 paise or so. At kolkotta one should be very careful about odds ON horses. However outstanding they may seem I have seen that 9 out of 10 times they fail. So don't touch AMOROUS WITE. As I mentioned on paper it looks outstanding but????????.THE TALSMAN is a upset place chance.
6=MICHELIA(615)-BANG BANG(615)-SUMMER HILL(611)-AKSHAYA(611)-RAQS SHAUQI(611)
Analysis= I am shocked to see MICHELIA run in class IV/A combine. this horse has come down from top of class III.1400 mts is abit short but since bunch is very poor I feel if its tried it can do it. Also keep a eye on BANG BANG. This horse has been pulled whole of last season and this season it has had a run benefit. It is thrown in on handicap and if its "ON" will leave the field cold.
7=XLITE (583)-COOL CONQUEROR(583)-CONSTANCE(570)-HAIL THE QUEEN(570)
Analysis= No doubt COOL CONQUEROR is out of this class but it will be first favourite and connections have waited one full season to bring it down. will they try it as a favourite is the question??.
