Yesterday my G mail Account was Locked obviously as per mail received from Goggle it was because someone was trying to HACK.I was not able to send any mail yesterday. I struggled till 12 noon and then I sent the ratings thru an alternate id but yet many mentioned that they did not get the ratings.
