The first classic seems to be ALEXANDER MILLS V/S the rest. ALEXANDER MILLS has a rating of 591 and six of them have a rating of 573 (FATAL ATTRACTIOn/OBLINA PRINCESS/PURE ALLURE/RER RED RODE/SENORITA EVITA/SMOKING BELL)
This is one of the rare events where such a closely rated race is there apart from one who is head and shoulders to others.
In my view but for a mishap, no body will come close to the tail of ALEXANDER MILLS. But for minor placing's it will be a scramble .Of course SENORITA EVITA the sparingly raced filly seems to be the one who can create a flutter.
1=FORTALEZA(564)-FERMINA(538)-OCEAN PARK(529)-ZULU FANTASY(514)
Analysis= Race is only between the first two. No doubt FORTALEZA with a honest effort stands out. FERMINA is also a good horse. last run in mysore after opening odds on ,odds drifted alarmingly.So that's the problem with these type of connections. Still in conclusion considering a line of running in the mysore 1000 gunieas where FORTALEZA ran last but was close to good horses and in my view she should hack this bunch.

3=SOUTHERN FANTASY(549)-TURF TACTICS(533)-HELLO BOSS(520)
Analysis=Again between the top two. last run SF was not "ON" . Morning odds drifted alarmingly at race time and result was obvious. Today the stable looks will try and I feel it will be a close SET TO between the top two with SOUTHERN having a edge.
4=AMANDA(565)-PROSPERITY(543)-RED ADMIRAL(535) (COMMISARIT is FIRST RUN)
Analysis= Dicey race.
5=ONE OF A KIND(559)-IMPERIAL VERSE(558)-ACE EMPRESS JESSIE(551)
Analysis= ONE OF KIND is a horse who has jelled very well with Srinath and goes kindly for him. Is a sure one-two bet. IMPERIAL VERSE is a late rusher but paddu and favourite , one need to be careful.
6=ICE STORM(614)-TOP SPOT(599)-REAL STEEL(582)
Analysis= ICE STORM is cut above this set but long lay off is putting me in doubt. TOP SPOT may find 7F a bit longer though the set is poor and he has to only tackle REAL STEEL a moody type.
7=ALEXANDER MILLS
Analysis= as explained in the preface ,there is no way this filly can lose. Only the sparingly raced SENORITA EVITA can create a flutter and RED RED ROSES/ SMOKING BELL can be on the frame.
8=AZZURRO(600)-HAPTIC STAR(573)-MANDARIN(574)-ANDINA(562)
Analysis= The poor odds on favourite has to just complete the formality. ANDINA is set for a good place bet at 12/10. its better than backing AZZURO.
9=ABBA(573)-FORCE ENSIGN(566)-QUARTER CASK(555)-LOVE IS LIFE(553)
Analysis= FORCE ENSIGN is cut above this set. Also Darius will win the first classic and hopefully he will try this favourite honestly. In which case he will not get beat. ABBA and LOVE IS LIFE are better value bets for SHP/PLACE. Both will be on board.

it's always better to protect the investment and even if the choice is dead certain it's prudent to hedge with calculation SHP.the profit may reduce a bit but investment is protected
This is racing after all.So yes you may bet on Alexander which has a 95 percent win chance but hedge with SHP
Hi dear Ruchi sir...how was your day? I played Fortaliza in exitment and lost...but got plus on alexendra miles and force engine...as my observations about D byramji double...did you saw the race of alexendra mills...at post he won and shrinath did not even waited for close finish
