From tomorrow (Morning departure) I am Off to a Gujarat tour (MY HOME TOWN) for 10 days and will miss out on all DERBIES .Will miss practically 10 days of racing. Will see the NET and try to post some if possible.
Here are the DR and my views for TOMMORROW.
1=THE MAGICIAN(601)-PHELPS(598)-SEA CACUS(586)-TAHIRR(584)
2= Maidens
3=ZACHARAY(604)-RULE DOWN UNDER(602)-WENTWORTH(599)
Analysis= A Jodi race. last run RULE DOWN UNDER was kept too far off the pace and then finished ON. With a 3kg advantage can turn the tables on ZACHARAY. ZACHARAY is also no mean customer. Just a two horse race any which way.
4=STORMING HOME(595)-ELLIPIS(584)-SNOWING(579)
Analysis= last run STORMING HOME was surprisingly ridden to ground for the benefit of Stable mate. Tomorrow it will require a herculean strength even to come close to its tail. SNOWING with a Level break can pose some headaches.
5= Maidens
6=MILLENIUM FALCON(570)-HOSHIYAR(569)-INCADESENT(569)-DIVINE WISH(556)
ANALYSIS/AAFW= Last run mind it, HOSHIYAR was well and truly hooked. It was favourite and was hidden in pockets all the way, was never ever given its head and on its own finished a tame , untried Third. TOMMOROW it will be a tottaly different proposirtion, well handicapped, step in distance and will get decent odds is THE AAFW WIN/PLACE( MORAL)
7=THEORY(53)-NATIONAL STAR(558)-ADMISSION(558)-SHIVALIK EYES(551)
8=LA TRAVITA(610)-HUNT FOR HEADS(597)-ADVANCE TO C(597)-WISH UPON STAR(597)-
ANALYSIS/AAFW= LA TRAVITA is the second AAFW recommended bet.It should in my opinion just romp away from this bunch. Its Dynamic ratings ahs shot up almost 20 points after its last win.
9=SPIRITED TOUCH(595)-JEFFERSON(569)
Analysis= SPIRITED TOUCH seems set to repeat. though the other three have had only one run each and yet to establish their true ratings. caution advised but in my view with arating of 595, it should be in ONE-TWO. Even place should be 12/10 on SPIRITED TOUCH.
10=ANTARTIC ZONE(650)-CAPLIANO(633)-UMARKOT(634)-EL WONDER(630)
Analysis=This Scurry is very very interesting. Lot of speedy customers. ANTARTICA ZONE is also a very good horse and tidily placed will be there, but the late rushers CAPILANO and UMARKOT I feel can create a flutter.
11=RODEO(634)-ASTAPI(630)-HIGHLANDER(624)
ANALYSIS/AAFW= RODEO WILL WIN THE BYCULLA CLUB CUP WITHOUT RAISING A SWEAT.For a horse to finish just under 4 lengths of giants like AG and CIRKLE OF LIFE , in pune. Its first run in Mum was a eye wash and then hacked a good bunch in race no 108. Longer the merrier for this guy.Is now in PEAK FORM and I don't envisage it getting beat at this handicap. even if you take a line with ASTAPI against which it ran twice in Pune it is 10 kgs and 5 lengths better off. MY VIEW ITS A WINNER HERE
