MOON(2-7) is very powerful on following counts.
-Firstly its AMAVAS carried forward till morning
-MOON is entering "ZERO" degree and changing SIGN and this is at race time.Probably 3 to end of day MOON will be very powerful in CARD/DRAW and show off in WIN/PLACE.
MER(5) and SATURN(8) are the other strong aspect .
Please note in ASTRO both CARD/DRAW have to be considered always.
