Yes it can.VICTORIA late gift of achievment is a known front runner.Its previous outing was over 1800mts where it ran a decent race behind Track Wonder and new pastures.I have posted my ratings for Thursday they read like this for that race.

So its a very close race.Neverthless on analysis i fell Victoria has to beat only Princ norbet ,the others it can easily tackle even with this whipless rider.
