Firstly Chennai based horses I don't do the ratings. Secondly its a mix of centres and each centre has its own TRACK CORRECTION formulae so one is to one comparision is not correct. so today I have calculated the ratings and added some logic to Analyse and suggest. Some Chennai based horses were earlier at other prime centres their DR I have calculated and if they are in TOP FOUR I have posted.
